Q: Do you advance in the US?

A: No. We only advance on Canadian sales to Canadian realtors.

Q: Do you advance in Quebec?

A: No.

Q: Will I be treated with the utmost confidentiality?

A: Our EasyAccessFunds representatives will treat your information with absolute discretion, confidentiality and privacy.
Our online submission process is completely secure. Your information remains with us, and will never be sold as data to another vendor.

Q: Is there a minimum size commission that you advance?

A: No. No size or time period is too small for us. We do not charge a minimum fee.

Q: On what is your flat daily interest calculated?

A: You’ll be charged a daily rate fee per $1,000 advanced. There are no hidden costs, application fees, administration fees, holdbacks or minimum fees.

Q: Do you provide other financial services?

A: No. Offering you cash advances on your commissions is all we do.

Q: What happens if my deal doesn’t close?

A: We do recognize from time to time that a deal may not close. While our contract will provide for this, our goal will be to work out an amicable solution with you to provide a repayment of the funds.

Q: What happens if I have more than one deal pending?

A: That’s no problem. We fund up to 90% on qualified multiple deals. This also extends to qualified deals with longer closings.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: 75¢ per $1,000 advanced per day.

Q: Do you offer any Preferred Rate Plans?
